Using the product

As a purée:
- Step 1: In a saucepan, bring 4 l of milk to the boil with a pinch of salt
- Step 2: Sprinkle in the 1 kg sachet and keep stirring for 3 minutes
- Step 3: Serve immediately! 500 g dry polenta = 8 to 10 cooked portions

Gratinée:
- Step 1: Prepare the polenta purée as described in the purée instructions above.
- Step 2: Pour the purée into a gratin dish and add the ingredients of your choice: grated cheese, bacon, mushrooms
- Step 3: Brown for about ten minutes under the grill and it’s ready!

Pan-fried:
- Step 1: Prepare the polenta purée
- Step 2: Spread the purée on a baking sheet to form a 2-3 cm layer and leave to firm up
- Step 3: Slice the polenta into the shape of your choice and brown the slices in an oiled frying pan over high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
