Our semolinas are made in France at our semolina mills in Gennevilliers and Marseille from top-quality French* wheat.

Quantities to use:
• For soups or stews, use 1 kg of semolina for 1.25 ml of milk.
• For cakes, use 1 kg of semolina for 800 ml of milk.

Bring the liquid (milk, water and stock) to the boil in a saucepan and sprinkle in the semolina.
• Allow to cook, stirring for 5 to 10 minutes, until it reaches the desired consistency.
For a less thick texture, use Panzani Fine Semolina.
